Swati started as an accounting technician turned into a pre-school teacher, who traded everything for her passion. As a child, she was always taught, that “to be mindful with life is the real way to live.”

Swati has come from a corporate background, and has gone through a series of experiences that taught her that yoga can bring peace. Hence, she started her journey to learn hatha yoga in the capital of yoga, Rishikesh, and later, went to Mysore to learn ashtanga yoga. Apart from yoga, Swati enjoys dancing, reading books, trekking mountains, and kitesurfing.

A Brief Description About The Different Types of Yoga

 

Astanga Yoga

It is a sequence of movements in dynamic, flowing style that connects the movement of the body with its breath. Ashtanga yoga is also known as power yoga, flow yoga, vinyasa yoga, Mysore style yoga and so on.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is an ancient system that involves the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which helps bring peace to the mind and body.
